Announcing the Canadian University Dubai
Canada Day Scholarships
To celebrate Canada’s national day, the Canadian Business Council, in partnership with Canadian University Dubai (CUD), is proud to announce the launch of the Canada Day scholarship awards.
CUD is among the UAE’s leading universities, and offers the highest standards of Canadian education in one of the world’s most diverse and dynamic cities.
This merit-based scholarship is open to students from any nationality, who intend to start at Canadian University Dubai and then move to Canada for higher education. This intent should be expressed through a 300 words personal statement that should be submitted along with other relevant documents.
To be eligible for the scholarship, you should:
- Be starting your first year of undergraduate studies
- Meet all the requirements for admission to the University
The scholarship covers 100% tuition fees for the first year only.*
Preference will be given to candidates with a high CGPA and those in financial need.

with the following documents:
- Your passport
- Your high school transcript
- A 300 words personal statement that clearly expresses your intent to start at Canadian University Dubai and then moving to Canada for higher education.
