The Model United Nations (MUN) is an extracurricular association where students can step into the world of a United Nations delegate to research and debate solutions to some of the world's most pressing global challenges. The model simulates the United Nations forum itself, with each student representing a country in the debate over a range of issues from health and social progress to the economy and global finance.

Taking part in the MUN initiative is an excellent opportunity to learn about international issues, diplomacy and inter-government relations and develop your skills in critical thinking, research and debate. At CUD, the MUN committee meets on a weekly basis to discuss different global challenges, with each student presenting their country's stance, and working with their fellow delegates to debate and collaborate on workable solutions to current international concerns.
