Join us for the Faculty of Management guest speaker webinar titled ‘When Individual and Organizational Resources Promote Well-Being and Performance at Work’ with Annick Parent-Lamarche on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, from 6:00pm to 7:00pm (GMT +4).

About the speaker:

Annick Parent-Lamarche holds a PhD in Industrial Relations from University of Montreal as well as a postdoctoral fellowship from University of Quebec at Trois-Rivieres (UQTR).

Since 2017, she has been employed as an Assistant Professor in Human Resources Management at UQTR. She is an affiliated researcher with the Observatory for Research on Health and Well-Being at work and the Interdisciplinary Laboratory on Motivational Processes. She is keen on the effect of human resource management practices, work organization conditions and individual resources on well-being and performance at work.
