Biography
Prof. Dr. Stefane Mostefa Kabene holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Paris V, René Descartes, a Master’s and PhD degree in Psychology from Laval University, Canada. He also completed his Post-doctoral studies at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, under the supervision of Dr. Joseph Zubin.
Prior to joining the Canadian University Dubai (CUD), he was the Vice Dean of the Institute of Management at the School of Higher Studies in Public Health, France. Currently, Prof. Dr. Stefane is the Head of the Department of Social Sciences, a faculty for the Psychology program and has been a faculty at CUD since 2013. Dr. Stefane is a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist. He has professional affiliations including memberships in the American and Canadian Psychological Associations, highlighting his active participation in the global psychology community. With over 35 years of diverse experience spanning various research fields and academic concentrations, he brings a unique perspective to his teaching and research endeavors. Furthermore, he has accumulated years of professional journey in many countries including France, United States of America, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates.
His wealth of experience in the field of Psychology attests for his passion for pedagogy and research. He has published numerous research articles and books on a multitude of disciplines, such as clinical psychology, organizational psychology, cognitive neuroscience, behavioral psychology, leadership, healthcare, and management.
