Short course overview
This program is designed to help attendees access their authentic selves by facilitating deep reflections on personal life challenges, aspirations, and fortunate and unfortunate life events. Such reflections make individuals more aware of their behavioural patterns, fears, motivations, and the value system that shapes their actions. Throughout the workshop, a smooth link is systematically and continuously made between who we are as people and what we do as corporate leaders and employees.

Program Objectives
Program objectives span across demonstrating foundations of human behaviour, providing methods for better decision-making, deepening self-awareness and acquiring tools for influencing situations and people, building fruitful relationships, and exploring how people behave under stress. Additionally, the program will facilitate the transition from personal to collective success, highlighting the criticality of trust and empathy. It will attempt to bring attendees one step closer to their purpose and enable them to finally come up with a personal integrated plan.

- The program is bilingual, with Arabic as the preferred language and English as a second language.
