Dean's Message
Welcome to the School of Engineering, Applied Science, and Technology (SEAST) at Canadian University Dubai. Located in the heart of Dubai's dynamic City Walk, our school offers students unparalleled opportunities to engage with the community and bring engineering concepts to life through real-world innovations.
Our academic offerings span a diverse and future-focused portfolio of programs tailored to meet the demands of today's rapidly evolving technological landscape. In addition to our established disciplines—such as Mechatronics Engineering , Computer Science, Cyber Security, Software Development, and Network Engineering Technology—we are proud to announce the launch of three new cutting-edge programs: the Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence (BSc in AI), the Bachelor of Science in Power and Renewable Energy Engineering (BScPREE), and the Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence (MSc in AI). These programs position SEAST at the forefront of innovation and sustainability, addressing national and global priorities in AI and clean energy.
Our school also offers a unique transfer program, allowing students to complete the first one or two years of their studies in Dubai and transfer to Canada to finish their degree at one of our esteemed partner universities. This global academic pathway offers the flexibility and international exposure needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
At the core of our mission is a commitment to excellence in education, research, sustainability, and innovation. Our internationally renowned faculty are leaders in their fields, conducting impactful research and providing hands-on learning experiences that prepare our students to thrive in the workforce and beyond.
As you embark on your academic journey at CUD, I encourage you to fully engage with the opportunities available to you. Connect with your professors, participate in research and innovation projects, and leverage internships and co-op placements to gain meaningful industry experience.
We look forward to supporting you as you shape the future through engineering, science, and technology.
