November 5, 2017 Al Mariyah Island Abu Dhabi: Students from Canadian University Dubai’s E-Business Programme attended an exclusive forum organized by SAP entitled “Skills 2.0 - Knowledge as Game-Changer for the Digital Age” as part of their Capstone Project during which they learned how skills and lifelong learning are the key enablers for innovation adoption and form the foundation for effectively executing digital strategies.
The forum; jointly organized by SAP in partnership with the German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce (AHK) covered a wide range of topics including insights into how traditional learning has made way for technology and the various applications of innovation in learning. Skills and knowledge are more important than ever and have become powerful assets for success, for individuals and organizations alike.
Students had the opportunity to mingle with speakers which included representatives from Careem who chatted about their experiences on how to build a technology based company where skills such as critical thinking and people management are essential.
