February 11, 2018 CUD Red Theater: Christopher Coupland, Director of International Recruitment from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario visited CUD to talk about the admission process with regards to the Articulation between CUD and Queen’s in the Engineering field and other programs.
Mr. Coupland addressed an audience of students and faculty and introduced Queen’s and the opportunities for students to transfer into the university’s programs particularly in regards to the Computer Science program.
Chris also spoke about Queen’s University being a well-known university community with 175 years of tradition, academic excellence, and research situated on a beautiful waterfront campus made of limestone buildings and modern facilities.
Queen’s University has consistently ranked as one of the top Universities in Canada boasting a student retention rate of 94.8% together with a Graduation rate of 88% and an employment rate of 92%.
After the event, interested students met with Christopher one on one to discuss their transfer options and to apply for on-the-spot admissions.
