Dr. Lina Abdallah Abu Lebdeh (PhD in Project Management, The British University in Dubai) serves as an Assistant Professor and Project Manager within the School of Management at Canadian University Dubai (CUD), United Arab Emirates. With more than 20 years of experience across academia, administration, and innovation management, she has contributed extensively to entrepreneurship education, digital transformation, student startup development, and interdisciplinary innovation initiatives within higher education institutions.

Her expertise spans innovation and entrepreneurship, project management, intelligent automation, and digital transformation. In her role, she supports academic, research, and innovation-related projects aligned with university objectives and the UAE innovation ecosystem. She is actively involved in mentoring students, supporting entrepreneurship education, coordinating innovation initiatives, and guiding students in transforming ideas into practical and sustainable startups aligned with UAE Vision 2031 and the Dubai D33 Agenda.

Dr. Lina’s research interests focus on intelligent automation, innovation management, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and emerging technologies in the public sector. She is passionate about empowering students to become innovation-driven entrepreneurs capable of creating meaningful societal and economic impact through future-focused education and applied innovation.
