With over 15 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of individuals with neurodevelopmental challenges, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Dr. El Naggar's educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in psychology, which laid the foundation for her deep understanding of human behaviour and cognition. Her passion for supporting individuals with autism led her to pursue a Master's degree at the University of Kent, where she gained specialized knowledge in neurodevelopmental disorders. Her commitment to advancing her expertise led Dr. El Naggar to pursue her Ph.D. at the University of Glasgow, with a specific focus on gifted education and autism.
