Biography

Emran Alotaibi is an Assistant Professor in Environmental Science with a research and teaching portfolio spanning sustainability, environmental monitoring, and infrastructure management.

His work blends AI/ML with green technologies, life-cycle assessment, and resilient infrastructure design. Focus on AI/ML methods applied to both technical systems and behavioral dimensions (e.g., consumer behavior in recycling). He has taught at undergraduate and graduate levels, led high-impact projects and collaborations, published widely in top-ranked journals, and received multiple awards recognizing research excellence and innovation.
