Biography
Dr. Tamer Mohamed, is an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator in the Department of Computer and Networking Engineering Technology; with the School of Engineering, Applied Science, and Technology; at Canadian University Dubai. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario in Canada and holds a professional certificate in STEM teaching at the university level from the same institution. With over 20 years of software industry experience at multinational companies like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, he is an experienced Project Manager and Software Practitioner. Previously, he held management roles, including Vice President of Professional Development at PMI, London Chapter, and Treasurer at the IEEE Young Professional, London Chapter. Dr. Mohamed has an extensive record of scientific publications in top journals and conferences, showcasing his comprehensive research expertise in applied artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, information retrieval (IR), software analytics, and mining software repositories.
