October 27 2015, Abu Dhabi: Following her recent Scarf Fashion Presentation in CUD Red Theater, Laila Elfenne, wife of the Canadian Ambassador to UAE repeated her show in Abu Dhabi at an Art Exhibition in “Gallery Two Four54.”
Students from the Department of Communication once again became models for the evening showing off Ms. Laila’s designs to an invited audience of local dignitaries.
During the show, Dr. Franziska Apprich Assistant Professor of Communication performed a self-penned song “You’re Beautiful Abu Dhabi.“
Speaking of the song Dr. Fran said that it was about the beauty of Abu Dhabi, its kind and modest nature and also the inspiration it gave its people and those who live and work there.
The song Received such positive feedback that it will be performed at the upcoming event on the27th of Nov (same venue) to celebrate national day and the biggest art exhibition at twofour54 media hub supported by CUD staff and friends.
