Biography
Google ScholarDr. Rima Bizri is an experienced professor with a Ph.D. in Business Administration, MBA, and a bachelor’s degree, in addition to SPHRi certification and Career Advisor certification.
Bringing 24 years of university teaching experience, Dr. Bizri strives to empower her students with the skills and knowledge needed for growth and advancement in the workplace. Talent Management Practices and HRM are her passion, so she conducts research on various topics in HRM and organizational dynamics, publishing in reputable Scopus-indexed journals. Her current research interests include using HPWS for building entrepreneurial orientation and enhancing organizational dynamics.
