Dr. Rommel Sergio is currently a Professor and Associate Dean for the Undergraduate Program at Canadian University Dubai, Faculty of Management. He holds a Post-Doctoral Bridge to Business and Management at Tulane University, Louisiana, USA. He has earned two terminal degrees: a Ph.D. in Management (with a concentration in Human Resource Management, with High-Level Distinction) at the University of Liverpool, UK, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology (with Highest Distinction) at DLSU-Dasmarinas, Philippines. Dr. Sergio has more than 20 years of teaching and corporate experience. Other than teaching a range of undergraduate and graduate courses, he has also served various institutions as an HR and Organizational Development Consultant in the UAE and other countries.
