"We stress that conservation of the environment is not, and must not be seen as, a matter only for Government or officials. It is something that concerns us all. This is a responsibility for all, every member of our society, both nationals and other residents.
We look to advance the education of our new generations in schools, institutes and universities in environmental issues, not only because they are the leaders of tomorrow but because it is their national duty to support efforts in environmental conservation.”
