October 22, 2025, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE): In line with the School of Management’s commitment to fostering strong industry connections, students from the Finance Club recently attended Forex Expo 2025, a premier international event uniting brokers, investors, traders, and technology providers from around the world.
Held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the three-day exhibition brought together over 7,000 attendees from 120 countries to explore cutting-edge developments in global finance. Students had the opportunity to attend expert-led panels, engage in discussions on investment strategies and trading technologies, and connect with professionals shaping the future of the financial industry.
The initiative was led by Ms. Olga Starkova, Lecturer at the School of Management and mentor of the Finance Club, who emphasized the importance of bridging classroom learning with real-world experience.
“The School of Management provides students with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. At the Forex Expo 2025, our students connected with industry professionals, attended seminars, and gained real-world insights. We will continue offering such opportunities to prepare them for the modern financial world,” said Ms. Starkova.
The Finance Club at CUD was established to give students a practical understanding of finance through regular meetings, workshops, and guest sessions with industry experts. Initiatives such as this visit to Forex Expo 2025 reflect the School’s ongoing efforts to strengthen experiential learning and nurture future-ready professionals equipped for the dynamic world of finance.
