We are working to ensure the cybersecurity of the world’s vital infrastructure and systems, engineer biomedical devices to improve healthcare, design computational systems to provide sustainable future, apply AI to domains such as power systems, forecasting, medicine, and many others.
The SEAST faculty routinely publish in top-ranked journals and are highly cited by their peers. Our distinguished researchers serve on editorial boards of well-known journals. The school is one of the few in the UAE to win external grants to conduct research and support student projects.
We support the research community by regularly organizing international conferences that bring together leading experts from around the world to discuss and tackle current problems in the world.
