The School of Management (SOM) at Canadian University Dubai offers Minor in Business Administration options for both BBA and non-BBA undergraduate CUD students, allowing you to enhance your primary degree with a robust foundation in business fundamentals across key areas such as management, accounting, economics, finance, human resource management, and marketing.  

The minors in Business Administration are designed to broaden your academic profile, strengthen career readiness, and give you greater flexibility across roles and industries, while completing your undergraduate studies at CUD.

Minor in Business Administration for Non-BBA Students 

This minor is designed for students from disciplines such as Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Communication, Creative Industries, Social Sciences, Psychology, and Public Health who wish to gain a structured foundation in business fundamentals alongside their primary field of study. 

Objectives 

  • Demonstrate foundational knowledge of core business functions 
  • Improve employability through business and management skills 

Students complete five courses (15 credit hours) selected from the following foundational business courses below, subject to the completion of prerequisites.
