A survey conducted with perspective employers suggests a significant preference towards a BBA in Management. The sample includes potential employers from across various sectors, including Oil and Gas, Banking, Telecommunication, Police, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics and Healthcare. Results show that Management was the most frequently selected major for the BBA. These results encourage considering the enrollment in the BBA in Management program.

The BBA program aims to provide students with a robust foundation of knowledge, enabling them to pursue roles across various specializations including entrepreneurship within business administration with the practical skills required for success. The goals of the BBA program are given below:
- Students will be knowledgeable about the business disciplines to enable them to contribute effectively to modern business entities.
- Students will have a solid understanding of specialized knowledge in their chosen specialization.
- Students will have a high mastery of communication skills using new information and communication technology methods to effectively reach diverse audiences, and to manage projects.
- Students will have the skills to be competent and successful in their area of specialization.
- Students will be able to identify the most appropriate approach for conducting individual or team duties and responsibilities efficiently.
- Students will be capable of understanding new methodologies and applying new skills with confidence.
- Identify and explore entrepreneurship opportunities in a market, whilst developing and implementing innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Apply specialized entrepreneurship knowledge and tools to effectively compete in local and global markets.
- Evaluate the ethical and environmental issues and responsibilities which entrepreneurs take into account when making decisions.
- Design creative strategies for pursuing, exploiting and further developing new entrepreneurship opportunities.
The BBA in Management program can be completed in 8 semesters (4 academic years) and the maximum duration of completion of the program is eight academic years.
The degree shall be awarded to a student upon completing the following requirements:
- Passed 123 credit hours.
- CGPA is not less than 2.0 on a scale of 4.0 points.
- Earned at least 50% of credits at CUD.
- Completed the Internship
