To Canadian University Dubai Community
As the COVID-19 situation has accelerated quickly, we have all come to understand the necessity of taking measures such as self-isolation to minimize the spread of the virus. In this regard, we are committed to making all the necessary efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 while ensuring no disruption of classes and services.
In these efforts, we are following the national directive to offer online classes to our current students. Online classes can be accessed via the WEBEX platform and will begin on March 22, 2020. Students can refer to their Spring 19/20 class schedule for accurate dates and times.
In addition, we are now offering University services online to continue to serve our valued prospective students and external partners. Please see more information online.
At this time, we want to express our thanks and pride in how our University members have risen to a challenge as unprecedented as this one.
While we work and study from home over the coming weeks, please know that we are here to support you. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates on our website as we have them.

في ضوء التطورات الراهنة على صعيد إنتشار فيروس كورونا المستجد. كان من الضروري إتخاذ بعض التدابير الهامة منها العزل الذاتي لفترة محددة وذلك للحد من إنتشار الفيروس، وبناءً عليه. نحن جميعاً ملتزمون ببذل كل الجهود اللازمة للحد من إنتشار العدوى مع ضمان عدم التأثير على سير العملية التعليمية واستمرار تقديم كافة الخدمات.
وفي هذا الصدد. نتبع توجيهات القيادة الوطنية الرشيدة في مبادرة التعلم عن بعد لطلاب الجامعة. حيث يمكن الوصول إلى المحاضرات على البث المباشر من خلال منصة WEBEX وذلك بداية من تاريخ ٢٢ مارس ٢٠٢٠. وعلى الطلاب الرجوع لجداولهم الدراسية لفصل الربيع ١٩/٢٠ للإطلاع على تواريخ وأوقات المحاضرات الدراسية.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك. سوف نقوم بتقديم كافة الخدمات عبر الإنترنت لمواصلة تقديم الدعم والخدمات للطلاب اوالشركاء الخارجيين. لمزيد من المعلومات يرجى الإطلاع على موقعنا الإلكتروني.
في هذا الوقت نود أن نتوجه بجزيل الشكر والإمتنان لأسرة الجامعة الكندية دبي على التكاتف في مواجهة هذا التحدي الغير مسبوق للعبور إلى بر الأمان.

Registration Services
Students can send requests through their official student email address to ARD@cud.ac.ae. All requests will be responded to within three days.
The following requests/inquiries can be made through the ticketing system:
- Registration (Add/Drop classes)
- Letter requests
- Attendance and absences
- Grades inquiries
- General inquiries
Finance Services
Please note that upon student request, we can prepare and generate a quotation for both prospective and current students.
Visit Fees / Payment and Bank Details to know more about the modes of payment.
Please make sure to mention your Student ID number and forward a copy of the receipt to studentaccounts@cud.ac.ae when processing a bank transfer.

You may follow the below steps to gain a better understanding of how online payment processing really works.
- To login please enter your student number and your Moodle/Webmail/Lab password.
- After selecting your courses for the semester and selecting the Process Registration function, click on the Ledger button from the menu on the left of the student portal.
- At the bottom of the total, click on Pay by Credit Card
- Select the ‘brand’ of credit card you intend to use (this will be seen on the card itself in the form of either the Visa or MasterCard logos)
- Enter the amount and then select Continue to Make Payment
- On the page that follows, check that the amount to be paid is right.
- Click Verify and Continue to Secure Payment Form
- Fil in your card information
- Click Pay (You may be asked a further validation question from the bank itself or OTP)

Note: A Canadian University Dubai Employee will never request your Bank account information, credit card details and password over the phone or email.

Our Health Center will continue to ensure your safety and wellness by continuing to provide primary healthcare services, education on wellness and disease prevention, and insurance information. Contact Kim Fabillon or Chennee Tolintino at healthcenter@cud.ac.ae for your health-related inquiries.
Career services will continue to provide online support to students to allow students to grow professionally. Email May El Khoury at careerservices@cud.ac.ae for assistance in securing internships, CV writing, part-time or full-time work, and volunteering opportunities.
For personal counseling or concerns related to academic success, personal growth, and mental or socio-emotional well-being, contact Raneem Nageeb at raneem@cud.ac.ae to set up a phone or video call. In addition, if you require special accommodations in your courses anytime throughout the semester, please remain in contact with Raneem to make adjustments as necessary in order for you to reach your full potential.
Library Online support
You can access the library resources online and get eBooks, articles, company reports, country reports, online journals, cases electronically for free straight away. Access these online resources through “One search “ and you can filter the search result as per your needs LRC
